Job Summary

This role is for an EPS-Installation Supervisor within the hydropower division of a leading international technology group based in Vienna. The primary responsibility involves managing and coordinating installation projects, including the leadership and deployment planning of both internal staff and external subcontractors. Day-to-day duties include rigorous monitoring of safety, scheduling, quality, cost, and environmental compliance across installation sites. Furthermore, the supervisor is responsible for creating accurate 'As Built' documentation following assembly modifications and efficiently addressing any resulting defect lists. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in Electrical Engineering (HTL, Technical School, or equivalent), multiple years of professional experience, ideally within industrial plant construction, and proficiency in project management tools. This is a highly responsible and varied position in an international setting, but it requires significant travel commitment (60-70%) throughout the project lifecycle.
