This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Lead Engineer Electrical to join the Data Center Business Unit, based in Stuttgart, Germany or Vienna, Austria. The core mission involves the comprehensive planning, engineering, and execution supervision of complex electrotechnical systems, particularly High Voltage and Low Voltage systems, within high-tech and industrial sectors like data centers. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed execution documents (drawings, BoQs), coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to strict budget and quality deadlines, and managing interfaces between various trades. Critically, the role requires building, leading, and mentoring a new team of Electrical Engineers, recruiting members, and setting strategic goals. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in leading major electrical design projects, strong organizational skills, and technical knowledge of fast-track project execution processes, making this a challenging and rewarding leadership position within a global engineering firm.
