Job Summary

The Service Engineer will be responsible for a wide range of IT support tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software for users. Key responsibilities include installing and upgrading standard hardware and software, managing user accounts, deploying and supporting UCC (Unified Communications and Collaboration) hardware like CISCO, Apple, and Jabber, and handling SIM card provisioning. The role also involves managing repair orders for mobile devices, administering customer applications on Apple hardware, and performing accessory changes for peripherals. A significant part of the job includes managing leasing hardware inventory, assisting with office relocations, and providing both remote and on-site support while prioritizing and processing support tickets.
