Job Summary

As a Service Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of services, providing excellent and seamless support to customers. You will act as the central point of contact for customer services, guaranteeing that all services meet agreed-upon standards. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring SLA compliance, managing service-level reports, coordinating incidents and problems, and performing root-cause analyses. You will also plan and coordinate changes and releases with development teams and customers, monitor application performance, and conduct security assessments.
