Job Summary

This role is central to supporting the digital energy transition by ensuring the smooth operation of intelligent metering systems (Smart Meters) and control boxes. The IT Service Engineer/Analyst will primarily focus on analyzing customer inquiries related to these systems, developing suitable solutions, and implementing customer-facing projects to connect various systems and configure customer environments. Key responsibilities include monitoring and operating the system landscape, conducting complex IT system error analysis, and acting as a liaison by consolidating customer requirements for internal and external partners. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT specializing in data/system analysis or system integration, practical experience in energy economics, and proficiency in database management and system monitoring, preferably with scripting knowledge. Strong analytical and communication skills in German are essential for advising and training users.
