Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrician Specialist within the automotive sector, focusing on the maintenance, inspection, and repair of machinery and systems, particularly electrical components. Day-to-day tasks include autonomous troubleshooting and repair of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, utilizing diagnostic tools like Ishikawa and 5W for detailed fault analysis and documentation. The specialist is expected to ensure structured information transfer within the team, contribute to shift handover processes (in a future two-shift operation), and proactively participate in optimizing plant and maintenance processes, including supporting the TPM step model. Key qualifications include a completed apprenticeship as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician, authorization to work on 400-volt systems, and professional experience in machine and plant maintenance.
