The ifp Private Institute for Product Quality GmbH, a leading accredited testing laboratory specializing in food, feed, water, and pharmaceutical analytics, is seeking a Senior Dispatcher to join their Berlin team. This role is crucial for managing the operational flow of sample collection and customer interaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing service-oriented initial consultation, processing customer inquiries via phone and email, and meticulously documenting orders within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The Senior Dispatcher will be responsible for planning and coordinating sample collection orders, including scheduling appointments, tour planning, and managing field staff operations. Key requirements include several years of professional experience in customer communication and scheduling, a completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management or Freight Forwarding), and excellent German language skills (C1 minimum).
