Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated professional to support the software development lifecycle with a critical focus on enhancing cybersecurity measures. Day-to-day responsibilities are split between consultative guidance and operational execution, ranging from initial security concept design to continuous maintenance and improvement. Key tasks include the development and optimization of internal cryptography APIs, implementing security standards like STIGs, and building solutions for Secure Token Authentication (STA) and automated image creation. The engineer will actively analyze and mitigate vulnerabilities identified through SBOM scanners, conduct Static and Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST), and secure system images using tools like AppLocker and BitLocker. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, possesses professional experience with .NET, and is committed to Clean Code and modern software architecture. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective knowledge transfer and team collaboration.
