Job Summary
This Senior Manager role within the US Accounting and Reporting Group (USARG) offers an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in technical accounting and auditing within a dynamic, international setting, primarily focusing on US GAAP and PCAOB standards. You will be responsible for leading and conducting PCAOB integrated audits for Swiss-based multinational companies or US company subsidiaries. Key responsibilities also include managing transaction-based projects requiring expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB, and SEC reporting, such as spin-offs and registration statement reviews. Furthermore, you will lead accounting and SOX advisory services for non-audit clients and coach Swiss audit teams on complex US technical accounting inquiries. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, client-service-oriented professional with extensive Big 4 experience and a U.S. CPA license looking to leverage their expertise in a leadership capacity.

U.S. CPA license (or equivalent)
Experience
- 5-10 years of recent integrated audit experience (PCAOB and US GAAP or PCAOB and IFRS)
- Professional experience with KPMG or another Big 4 firm
- Professional experience in researching complex accounting and auditing issues
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
