Job Summary

This full-time, fixed-term position involves supporting the International Office in digital transformation projects, primarily focusing on the administration of exchange programs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in migrating administrative processes to digital platforms, specifically managing the Mobility-Online database to implement the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) digitalization project. Day-to-day tasks include developing digital application data management, reviewing applications, communicating with applicants, processing scholarships, and creating communication templates. This role requires strong organizational skills, affinity for IT applications, and excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with international students, guests, and internal departments. Ideal candidates possess a background in administration, data management, or related fields, coupled with professional experience, ideally within the higher education or public administration sector.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (preferably in Administration, Data and Knowledge Management, Communication, Languages, European Studies, Cultural Studies, Politics, or Economics) OR completed vocational training in a corresponding field

Experience

  • Professional experience in a relevant field (if possessing vocational training instead of a degree)
  • Experience with relevant databases and software, ideally Mobility Online and HISinOne
  • Experience in project management of exchange programs or in public administration, preferably in the higher education sector
