Job Summary

As a Lead Process Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be the key contact and expert for Final Formulation, coordinating established products and implementing new processes. Your role involves ensuring GMP-compliant production through campaign-specific preparation and follow-up of documents and processes, and independently managing product launches and routine production. You will also guide and coach team members, providing technical instruction and coordinating with internal support teams, including on-call duties. A significant part of the role involves independently handling complex operational and scientific troubleshooting, often with international contacts. You will also coordinate and conceptualize systems for continuous improvement in production planning and contribute to validation and qualification projects, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.
