This is a pivotal role providing essential First and Second-Level IT support within a rapidly growing, sustainable food production company located in Lüneburg. The IT Support Specialist will manage the core IT infrastructure, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, network components, and end devices. Daily responsibilities involve user and rights management, meticulous documentation of IT processes and support cases, and active involvement in IT projects and rollouts. Candidates must bring professional experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows environments, network technology, and Microsoft 365, coupled with a completed IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration).
