Job Summary

As a key Electrical Engineering Planner, you will lead the electrical domain for the entire Wilsdruff plant, driving continuous improvements in manufacturing. Your daily tasks will involve ensuring compliance with all electrical regulations, overseeing maintenance, inspections, and documentation of electrical systems, and managing external service providers. You will also be instrumental in implementing and optimizing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies, identifying and resolving production bottlenecks, and developing training standards for electrical personnel. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical norms, production processes, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, offering a chance to shape the future of clean mobility within an innovative, growing company.

Required Skills

Education

State-certified Technician, Master Craftsman, Engineer, Bachelor, or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Certification as a Responsible Electrical Engineer (VEFK) according to DIN VDE 1000-10 or willingness to obtain it. Low voltage switching authorization (<1 kV).

Experience

  • Several years of electrical engineering professional experience in production operations
  • Professional experience with DGUV V3 tests
  • Professional experience in project management
  • Professional experience in developing and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), especially Autonomous & Planned Maintenance methods
