Job Summary

This is a leadership role focused on managing the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering team within the District Heating Sales division of Stadtwerke Augsburg Energie GmbH. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical coordination, disciplinary leadership, and personnel management of 16 employees. Key duties include developing a new team focused on external service business and planned maintenance, overseeing the planning and execution of regular maintenance and repair work for external customer facilities, and independently managing conversion projects from planning and calculation through to execution and proposal creation. The ideal candidate must have a background as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering, coupled with significant strategic and operational leadership experience in technical building services, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and legal requirements, and occasionally responding to system malfunctions outside regular hours.
