Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for the IT infrastructure strategy, its implementation, and daily operations across BELFOR Europe and Asia. The Head of IT Infrastructure will provide visionary leadership, aligning infrastructure and modern workplace solutions with core business needs to deliver high business value. Key responsibilities include ensuring the stability, availability, performance, and security of networks, servers, storage, backup, and cloud operations, adhering to certified IT Security Management Systems standards. The role requires developing and implementing group-wide IT standards, managing infrastructure projects, and advancing IT Service Management. Furthermore, the successful candidate will lead operational teams, including the Service Desk, Network Infrastructure, and Cloud/Endpoint teams, while overseeing strategic and operative sourcing, IT purchasing, supplier management, and license management. This position is ideal for an experienced leader who can balance policy enforcement with customer orientation and drive organizational change through agile working methods.
