This role seeks an experienced (Senior) Consultant specializing in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Emergency Management to actively shape information security within a digital solutions provider. The consultant will be integral to the Information Security team, serving as the primary contact for BCM and technical IT emergency management inquiries. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining concepts, emergency plans, and the associated Information Security Management System (ISMS). A core function involves implementing BCM strategies aligned with BSI IT-Grundschutz (Standard 200-4) and ISO 22301, alongside planning and coordinating regular emergency exercises across organizational departments. Candidates must bring a structured, analytical approach, strong knowledge of information security standards, and a commitment to continuous process improvement to ensure the IT infrastructure remains secure and future-proof.
