Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the technical operations and personnel within a specific property (Objekt) in Bonn, focusing on complex technical building equipment (TGA). The Facility Manager acts as the central point of contact for the client regarding all technical building management issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include the professional and disciplinary leadership of the on-site team, ensuring all contracted services are delivered, managing personnel deployment, and overseeing internal cost allocation. Key qualifications include a background as a Technician, Master Craftsman, Bachelor, or Engineer in Facility Management, TGA, Supply Engineering, HVAC, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with a strong focus on quality, cost awareness, and high service orientation.
