This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, handling issues via phone, ticketing system, or in-person, specifically managing 1st Level Support during core hours (8 AM to 4 PM). Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, ensuring functional workstations, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of systems, user accounts, networks, and endpoints. The specialist will also contribute to the planning and implementation of new IT solutions, document procedures, and improve internal IT processes. Candidates should have completed vocational training in IT or possess equivalent qualifications, coupled with initial practical experience in IT support and familiarity with Microsoft Intune (Modern Workplace).
