Job Summary
The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund, Germany's largest pension insurance provider, is seeking an IT System Integrator (IT4IT) to join their central IT services team in Berlin. This role focuses on ensuring transparency across all IT development and operational tools, connecting IT strategy with the specific service portfolio for IT staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to the creation of IT standards and guidelines, taking technical product ownership for development software, conducting IT analyses, and implementing concepts and systems. The integrator will also be responsible for monitoring IT procedures, troubleshooting, planning IT operations, and ensuring IT security and quality assurance measures are met. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT or equivalent qualification, possesses several years of relevant professional experience, and demonstrates strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in IT, or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT-specific qualification), or completed vocational training in IT with comparable practical experience and long-term professional experience.
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in IT
- Experience with Windows Client Systems, ServiceDesk, or as a Product Owner
- Broad experience spectrum with development tools and their provisioning
- Professional experience in the public sector (advantageous)
