Job Summary
The University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD) is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Expert to join its IT department (IKMT) on a full-time, permanent basis. This critical role involves driving digital transformation by managing and enhancing the hospital's business IT systems, with a primary focus on SAP Human Capital Management. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the entire lifecycle of SAP HCM projects, such as S/4 HANA migration, covering everything from requirements analysis and conceptual design to implementation, customizing, ABAP development, testing, and documentation. The expert will be instrumental in optimizing and standardizing HR processes across Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Travel Expenses, and Organizational Management. This position is attractive for professionals who possess deep SAP HCM expertise, strong business acumen in HR, and a passion for actively shaping and improving IT processes within a leading medical research and healthcare institution, requiring both technical proficiency and strong communication skills.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university or technical college degree in a technical or commercial field, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in the SAP HCM area
- Project experience (advantageous)
- Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA (advantageous)
- Professional experience applying legal and collective bargaining regulations in HR
