Job Summary

This role is for a Senior Scientist specializing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) within a leading biopharmaceutical Contract Research and Development Organization (CRDO) located near Munich, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful development and execution of CE analysis for global clients, focusing on the electrophoretic characterization of biopharmaceutical molecules like proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids. Key duties include de novo CE method development, data interpretation in conjunction with other analytical approaches (e.g., LC-MS), and functioning as a project leader overseeing planning, implementation, and reporting for assigned client projects. This position requires in-depth industry experience in biopharmaceutical characterization, strong project management skills, and a commitment to driving CE innovation within R&D and GMP environments to accelerate the development of innovative drugs.
