This role seeks an experienced Electrician or Information Electronics Technician ready to transition from fieldwork into a full-time, permanent training position in Hamburg. As a Trainer at the BZE Bildungszentrum Elektrotechnik Hamburg, you will be responsible for guiding apprentices through inter-company instruction, developing practical training materials, and conducting advanced professional development courses for experienced specialists in electrical and information technology. You will also actively participate in journeyman examinations to ensure quality standards and maintain workshops and laboratories to ensure they are modern and functional. Key qualifications include a completed technical apprenticeship and preferably a Master Craftsman or Technician degree, though the employer offers full support and cost coverage for obtaining this qualification.
