Job Summary
This role involves supporting the digitalization of the Berlin administration by actively participating in the operational planning and further development of the data and voice communication infrastructure. Key daily tasks include system analysis, optimization, and migration of network infrastructures and services, including Intranet and Internet systems. The Senior Planner will independently test, procure, and transition new infrastructures into productive operation, and often take on technical project or sub-project leadership roles on-site. Candidates must possess a university degree in relevant fields like Information and Communication Technology or equivalent knowledge, coupled with proven expertise in network technology (LAN/MAN/WLAN, network design) and/or communication services (VoIP, UC, and collaboration solutions). Required Skills
Education
University degree (e.g., Information and Communication Technology / Telecommunications Engineering) or equivalent knowledge and skills
Experience
- Proven experience in planning and further developing systems, specifically in telecommunication and active data technology
- Professional experience in network technology (LAN / MAN / WLAN, network design) AND/OR communication services (TDM-/IP-Telecommunication, UC solutions)
- Experience working in a project environment
- Practical experience in IT customer consulting
