Job Summary

This role is for a skilled Software Engineer specializing in Intralogistics and Material Flow to join a globally operating, highly automated distribution center. The primary focus involves the new design and development of future-proof software solutions for complex Warehouse Management and Material Flow systems, which manage high-volume operations including 270,000 containers and 35,000 daily picks. Day-to-day responsibilities include the implementation, testing, commissioning, and vulnerability analysis of automated warehouse technology, as well as providing continuous software support for the distribution center's systems, including the Material Flow Computer and Oracle DB. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science and several years of professional software development experience. Essential technical skills include expertise in Oracle SQL/PL/SQL, procedural programming (preferably C), and object-oriented programming (preferably C#).
