Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and executing all measures necessary to maintain and restore the functionality of data and communication systems and infrastructure at Speira's Grevenbroich plant. The Electrical Engineer will ensure the operational readiness of these systems, develop and optimize communication systems (hardware and software), including IT security and availability strategies. Key responsibilities include planning and integrating modern telecommunication solutions such as VoIP, network infrastructure, and SQL databases, as well as managing and developing in-house support systems like fault reporting and e-vehicle charging stations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Communication/Information Technology, or a comparable technical qualification, and possesses professional experience in an industrial setting, particularly with telecommunication systems. Strong German and good English skills are required, alongside a proactive, service-oriented approach to driving technically innovative projects.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Communication/Information Technology, or comparable vocational training with further qualification as a Technician in the respective field.
Experience
- Professional experience in an industrial environment (Ideally)
- Experience with telecommunication systems
- Experience in driving demanding projects with a high degree of technical innovation
- Experience with in-house support systems (e.g., fault reporting systems, e-vehicle charging stations)
