Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Site Manager or Object Manager in technical Facility Management, based in Mannheim, Germany, responsible for the comprehensive technical and economic leadership of customer properties. Day-to-day activities involve the overall responsibility for technical FM services, leading and scheduling the on-site technical team, and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections. The manager will ensure quality assurance, compliance with legal regulations, manage subcontractors, handle customer communication, and conduct regular reporting. Key qualifications include several years of professional experience in building technology (electrical, heating, climate, ventilation, and plumbing systems), and ideally, a Master Craftsman, Certified Technician, or Specialist qualification in relevant fields.
