Job Summary

This role is crucial for shaping the future of digital health services within Audi BKK, focusing heavily on the Telematics Infrastructure (TI). The consultant will be responsible for evaluating and developing new digital applications (like the Audi BKK App and ePA), ensuring technical feasibility, compliance, and optimal Customer Experience (CX). Daily tasks involve conceptualizing technical specifications, coordinating with major stakeholders like GKV-SV (National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds) and IT service providers, and leading or contributing to projects. A successful candidate needs several years of experience in digitalization and TI, strong analytical skills, and expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
