Job Summary

This role involves providing essential maintenance and service for medium and low voltage motors worldwide, primarily within the nuclear technology sector. The Field Service Technician will independently handle the preparation, execution, and follow-up of service assignments and projects, including motor commissioning, documentation, and customer acceptance procedures. Key responsibilities include acting as both a Site Manager and Service Technician during plant revisions and conducting recurring inspections globally. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification, such as an Electromechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Technician, or Machinist, supplemented by further training as a certified Technician. Strong knowledge of motor mechanics and electrics, coupled with a high willingness to travel and fluency in German, are crucial for success in this demanding, customer-facing role.
