Job Summary

This role involves providing 1st and 2nd Level Field Service Support across Southern Germany, specifically covering the regions of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for executing Install, Move, Add, Change, and Delete (IMAC) tasks, which includes configuring and installing PCs, peripheral devices, and handheld scanners. Key duties also involve performing service interventions on client hardware and network components, providing user instruction and support, and meticulously documenting all service activities within a ticketing system. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT-related technical education or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of current Microsoft products and standard hardware, and good understanding of networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, Firewalls). Excellent German language skills (native level) and a high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel are mandatory for success in this customer-facing field support position.
