Job Summary

This role is for a Senior Growth Data Analyst responsible for driving end-to-end reporting and analytical requirements, leveraging data to inform critical decision-making and support organizational growth. Day-to-day tasks involve performing exploratory data analysis, utilizing statistical techniques to identify patterns, and communicating complex findings to stakeholders. A core function is supporting Business and Product Teams in formulating and testing business hypotheses, as well as developing key performance indicator (KPI) tracking reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Success requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, profound relevant experience in the High Tech or Software sector, strong SQL skills, and experience with a high-level programming language.
