Job Summary
This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical IT professional ready to take ownership of specific application groups within the university's PLUSonline system. After thorough training, the specialist will serve as the system administrator for designated applications, providing crucial 2nd and 3rd level support, and helping to train the 1st level support team. A significant part of the job involves planning and leading projects related to system implementation and optimization. Furthermore, the role requires creating comprehensive training materials, documentation, and maintaining related web pages, while actively participating in working groups with the university and system vendors (CAMPUSonline). Candidates must possess a strong foundational IT education or equivalent practical experience in networking, databases, and server systems. This position offers the potential for career growth, including the possibility of taking on the Team Lead role for PLUSonline, alongside flexible working arrangements (20-40 hours per week) within a supportive university environment.

Completed IT education (Apprenticeship, Higher Technical College, or University Degree)
Experience
- Professional experience in networking, databases, operating systems, and server/client systems
- Experience with fundamentals of programming
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd Level IT Support is beneficial
- Readiness to undertake project leadership and implementation after training
