Job Summary
This role is for an experienced PLC Automation Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex automation solutions for demanding systems. Key daily tasks involve creating and refining programs and visualizations using Siemens tools like TIA-Portal, STEP7, and WinCC, and developing sophisticated control and regulation concepts. The position requires supporting commissioning activities both domestically and internationally, involving approximately 10% travel. Candidates must possess a completed technical education in Electrical Engineering or Automation, coupled with mandatory practical experience in S7 and TIA PLC programming. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is essential for effective communication and international collaboration, ensuring the delivery of precise and solution-oriented work.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education (Higher Technical Institute, University of Applied Sciences, or Technical University level) in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a similar technical field.
Experience
- Relevant practical experience in PLC programming (S7 & TIA mandatory)
