Job Summary

This role involves hands-on design and development of both analog and digital circuits, playing a critical part in the engineering lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include creating schematics and layouts for Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) using industry-standard CAD tools such as Altium Designer, KiCAD, or Eagle. The developer is responsible for selecting and dimensioning electronic components, followed by the crucial steps of building, commissioning, and testing prototypes. Success in this position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or equivalent technical training, coupled with proven experience in hardware development, circuit design, and testing procedures. The role demands strong collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams in software development, production, and quality assurance, making excellent communication in both German (Fluent) and English (Intermediate) essential.
