Job Summary
This role is for a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join a leading German manufacturer of professional sound systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process, from order placement and goods receipt to invoice verification. Key responsibilities include maintaining master data in the ERP system, managing the procurement and logistics processes, obtaining and comparing supplier quotes, and sourcing samples and prototypes for the R&D department. The position also involves expanding and developing the supplier portfolio and contributing to annual supplier evaluations.
