Job Summary

The successful candidate will join EY's Technology Risk Consulting team, focusing on high-impact projects for major Swiss banks, asset managers, and insurance companies within the EMEIA region. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing expert advice on crucial topics such as digital resilience, cloud risk management, third-party management, and the risks associated with Artificial Intelligence. Consultants also handle technology risk assurance tasks, including internal controls and compliance management. This role requires a strong passion for consulting and technology risk, combined with entrepreneurial drive. You will contribute significantly to the successful implementation of complex projects, develop consulting services, and support strategic team growth and mandate acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity to gain insight into state-of-the-art IT environments, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with international teams across Europe.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or (business) information technology, relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC) are a plus.

Experience

  • First experience in Technology Risk areas such as IT Risk, Governance and Compliance, Digital and Cyber Resilience, Cloud Risk Management, Transformation Risk, or Artificial Intelligence Risk.
  • Professional experience contributing significantly to the successful implementation and completion of complex projects with various stakeholders.
  • Professional experience developing consulting services and supporting go-to-market activities and mandate acquisition.
  • Basic knowledge of technology risk, with experience in relevant security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, NIST) being beneficial.
