Job Summary

This role involves leading technical development teams and managing complex systems engineering projects from conception through implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts for systems and subsystems, conducting detailed requirements analyses to create precise specifications, and preparing technical decision documents. The Technical Manager is also responsible for integrating system components, managing project risks and claims, and conducting system tests, technical reviews, and audits. Key requirements include a completed technical degree, several years of professional experience in a technical department, and demonstrable experience in technical project leadership.
