Job Summary
This expert role focuses on developing and implementing a critical business model for software license management within the Hessian State Administration (HZD). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing software administration products to various state offices, significantly contributing to the standardization and optimization of license management across the region. Day-to-day tasks involve conceptual work, drafting technical and professional concepts, and coordinating complex initiatives with numerous stakeholders. Key qualifications include a university degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, coupled with multi-year experience in IT license management, particularly using a Software Asset Management (SAM) tool like Snow. This position requires strong analytical, planning, and goal-oriented skills, along with excellent cooperation and communication abilities to successfully manage complex IT projects.
Required Skills
Education
Completed relevant scientific university education in Business Administration or a comparable course of study, or comparable knowledge.
Experience
- Multi-year experience in conceptual work, especially drafting professional concepts
- Multi-year experience in coordinating the creation of technical concepts
- Multi-year experience in coordination and communication with a large number of participants
- Multi-year experience in server and client license management using a SAM tool
