Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Specialist in System Integration with initial professional experience to efficiently manage complex server environments. The System Administrator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Linux/UNIX or Windows systems, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT operations. Key daily tasks include 2nd and 3rd-level troubleshooting, implementing security measures (firewalls, patch management), and planning robust backup and recovery strategies using tools like Veeam and Bacula. A strong focus is placed on automation using tools such as Ansible and Puppet, managing virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V), and administering hybrid or multi-cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). The ideal candidate must possess excellent technical communication skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and proficiency in German (C1 level) and English.
