Job Summary

This critical role involves managing a large commercial property in Berlin, overseeing the full scope of technical facility operations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The Site Manager acts as the central point of contact for clients and users, managing operational business and maintaining strict compliance with legal testing deadlines and specifications. A key component of the role is personnel leadership, encompassing two subordinate site managers, two project assistants, and eight house technicians/janitors. Responsibilities also include full budget accountability for the project, preparing calculations, and generating quotations for both standard and specialized project services. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or Business Administration (or equivalent Master/Technician certification) and bring several years of relevant management experience.
