Job Summary
This role involves providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the Commercial Management, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Key responsibilities include independently organizing and optimizing secretariat processes, managing correspondence and documentation, and coordinating meetings and appointments. The assistant will also actively support the Commercial Management in various projects and special assignments. Ideal candidates possess a completed commercial vocational training or a business administration degree (BWL), strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and excellent communication abilities. Experience in a secretarial or assistant function, particularly within the healthcare sector, is highly desirable. This position offers a part-time, permanent contract (20 hours/week) with flexible working options, including home office, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.
