Job Summary

This role involves joining the IBM Consulting Client Innovation Center to design and implement AI and Data Science applications specifically tailored for the Public Sector. The Data Scientist will be responsible for leveraging complex datasets and modern Machine Learning techniques to gain insights and optimize operational processes for public organizations. Key daily tasks include developing robust, scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, implementing and fine-tuning advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, and developing Python applications for data import and automation workflows. The successful candidate will need strong programming skills in Python, experience with data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), and a solid understanding of MLOps and DevOps principles to ensure efficient model deployment and monitoring.
