This Systems Engineer role is crucial for the conception and realization of a specialized software tool supporting the integration and validation processes within the automotive sector, specifically for the Volkswagen Group's Continuous Integration Factory (CI-Factory). Day-to-day tasks involve designing tailored software solutions for process automation, implementing and continuously developing test automation for vehicle control units, and conducting testing across individual components up to complete vehicle systems. You will manage test bench configurations and the entire test environment using analysis and manipulation tools. The position offers significant creative freedom, utilizing agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, strong analytical and abstract thinking skills, and a passion for programming, particularly in Python, Go, or C++.
