Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Development Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing complex training devices and systems for both military and civilian applications, managing the entire lifecycle from initial proposal through final delivery. Your daily tasks will involve conducting technical assessments of functional requirements, authoring detailed specifications and technical reports, and designing electrical solutions for components and assemblies. You will ensure project adherence to technical standards, timelines, and cost parameters while collaborating across interdisciplinary teams, often in an international context. The role also includes creating essential documentation such as wiring diagrams and construction bills of materials (BOMs). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, possesses extensive experience in electronic device conceptualization, and brings specific technical knowledge of digital, analog, and high-frequency technologies, coupled with proficiency in E-CAD systems and industrial bus protocols like Profinet and CAN-Bus.
