Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in energy technology who wants to contribute to the development of complex military land systems within the KNDS group, a leading European defense contractor. The Development Engineer will be responsible for the conceptual design and construction of electronic assemblies focusing on energy distribution, storage, energy management, and signal distribution. Key responsibilities include creating specifications, managing technical documentation (including manufacturing documents), overseeing technical subcontractors, and conducting design reviews. The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably in Energy Technology, coupled with professional experience in technical system development. The successful candidate will guide designs from conception through integration into vehicle systems and subsequent series production, requiring strong organizational skills and proficiency in both German and English.
