Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated PCB Design Engineer specializing in cost-efficient and manufacturing-compliant multilayer and HDI designs for Human-Machine Interface (HMI) products within the automotive sector. The engineer will independently manage the development of PCB designs, adhering to specific requirements, relevant standards, and critical considerations like signal/power integrity, EMC, and thermal management. As the central PCB design expert, you will collaborate closely with Electronic and Mechanical Design teams, coordinating with Production and Purchasing departments. Key responsibilities also include supporting the Electronic Design team with schematic development and component selection, and maintaining regular communication with PCB suppliers to stay updated on the latest technology. This position requires strong CAD tool proficiency, ideally in Cadence Allegro, and excellent communication skills, particularly in English, to thrive in a modern, international automotive environment.
