Job Summary

This senior and responsible position involves overseeing all tax matters for the German entities of the Theo Müller Group, providing comprehensive advice on tax-relevant issues, including international contexts. The successful candidate will lead the Tax Projects Germany team, managing implementations such as the tax support and integration of M&A transactions. A key aspect of the role is actively shaping the strategic direction of the Tax department as Deputy Head of Tax Germany. Day-to-day tasks include participating in tax audits, managing objection and legal proceedings, and obtaining binding information from financial authorities. The role requires continuously monitoring tax changes in Germany and select European countries, deriving relevant measures, and developing, revising, and implementing processes, guidelines, and work instructions for continuous optimization.
