Job Summary

This role is for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator dedicated to advancing technology solutions for prominent IT providers and developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full administration and operation of the SAP system landscape, including managing system copies, upgrades, patching, and transport management. Key daily tasks involve user and authorization management, ensuring system compliance, supporting audits, and performing performance analysis and optimization. You will also plan and execute backup and recovery processes, provide 1st and 2nd-level support for SAP Basis issues, and collaborate closely with infrastructure teams (network, database, operating system). The position requires steering and monitoring external service providers in the SAP domain.
