Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Data Scientist dedicated to driving the digital transformation of performance management within high-profile aerospace projects, specifically supporting Airbus. The core responsibilities involve developing and implementing comprehensive digital concepts, conducting detailed data tool analyses, and establishing central reporting standards. You will be responsible for project planning, coordinating efforts with key stakeholders, and continuously improving existing processes through digital solutions. A major component of the job is analyzing critical performance indicators—such as operational metrics (TMA, OSW), overtime, and attendance—and proactively presenting these insights to management. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, coupled with over two years of professional experience in both IT and the aerospace sector. Deep technical knowledge of Python, SQL databases, Skywise, and Google Workspace is required, along with fluency in both German and English.
