Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious Metrology Technician eager to drive technological advancement within quality assurance. The primary responsibilities include the independent planning and execution of 3D metrology tasks. A core function is the programming of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and the development of efficient measurement concepts and processes to ensure precise testing outcomes. Day-to-day duties involve analyzing, preparing, and presenting measurement results, optimizing existing 3D metrology techniques, and conducting initial sample inspections according to internal release protocols. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical vocational training and practical experience in metrology, coupled with routine proficiency in specialized measurement software like Zeiss Calypso and Polyworks, alongside standard business tools like MS-Office and SAP.
