Job Summary
This role is designed for an ambitious Electrical Engineer focused on elevating technology solutions through expert customer support. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions for customers, utilizing both remote maintenance tools and conducting on-site service missions to ensure system functionality. A key part of the job involves close collaboration with the Development and Quality Management departments to identify and rectify complex errors. Furthermore, the engineer will be responsible for creating and updating crucial technical documentation, such as maintenance and repair instructions. Candidates must hold a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, possess fundamental knowledge of network and computer technology, and have experience with industrial measurement technology and bus systems. Strong proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is mandatory for success in this customer-facing and technical role.
